main requirement is that I have to be able to draft entries on my laptop
(offline), and then FTP a directory of files to the server and have it work.
That means either no database, or the ability to publish a fully static
version of the blog. I'd prefer the latter, but the former could be made to
work.
Anyone have any suggestions? CF or Perl is fine, though CF would be nice
for obvious reasons. I believe Ray's blog.cfc might fit the bill, but I've
been unable to find anything about it except for people blogging that
they've used it.
