webservices from java, instructions and or a class file, I can't assume
they will be using a J2EE application server, so it would need to be a
standalone class.
I've seen hundreds of code snippets and various tutorials but none of
them include a fully working code sample, they all seem to indicate that
it's a trivial matter but don't really show me a fully working class
file.
