DateDiff and MS Access

In an access db I have a table with a colum in it called "startDate". What I
would like to do Is return all the records in the table where the difference
between the "startDate" and the current date (Date() or now()) is 30 days,
or whatver number of days for that matter.... What would be the easiest way
to do this?
