I don't know of anything reasonably powerful and cheap, but if you can
afford a few $$$ Chart FX is probably the most powerful graphing app I've
seen.

It creates an excel-like graph with similar options... have a look at their
demos.
I'm not a salesman but I reckon the software is great :-)
