I believe that the list code for the HouseofFusion lists is available.  And, that would include all of the features you're looking for.  You may want to check with Michael Dinowitz directly.

I am wondering if anyone knows of a decent/reasonably
priced listserve software for use with ColdFusion.
This is for a non-profit organization with between
400-1000 people on the list.  It should be
windows-based and be able to handle HTML mail and to
strip attachments, etc.  They were using the listserve
features built into iMail 7.0 up to now, but it is
rather buggy and doesn't meet the two criteria above.
Ideally it would be something you can easily interface
with ColdFusion, either written directly for CF or
open enough that you can hack in...or better.

  Thanks!
