Sure, just use my CFX_ExcelQuery tag, which is Java-based and can
read/write XLS files using CFML queries. You can find information about
the tag on my blog (http://devilm.com) or get the latest source from
OpenXCF (http://sourceforge.net/projects/openxcf).
