Agreed and I've told them this approach may be a turn off... but in my
case you're dealing with hungry Real Estate Agents, who can't see past
the commission

They are probably loosing customers that way also. For example I went
online this weekend looking to buy a car. When search results had that
annoying _javascript_:loadPage() crap in it so I couldn't open a new
window from the results or if there wasn't a picture (probably to get
you to come in or call) I went to another site.
