I'll be perfectly honest...I have a number of domains at Intermedia, and I'm
currently moving them off. Their tech support is usually very good, and
their interface and signup procedure is really slick. The problem that I
have with them is that I constantly go to pick up my mail via POP, and the
server is unreachable. SOmetimes I have to retry 3 or 4 times. Usually it
eventually goes through, but the problem happens frequently. Also, there
have been times when I load one page from a website instantaneously, and the
next page takes 3.5 minutes...on a T1 connection. It fluctuates too much
for me. They have their good points, but I want an ISP that is more
reliable.
