send mail. More properly, they implement various RFCs regarding the tranfer
of mail between locations.
The admin side of a mail server is not specified by any RFC, and typically
isn't standardized in any way. Might be a win32 app, might be web-based,
might just be text config files. You'll need a tool designed specifically
to interact with the specific mail server you're dealing with.
