Refind on CFServer 5

On MX this code works fine. On server 5 in returns that all variables are
false:
<cfif refind("#getexpression.regexpression#",
#ListGetAt(form.SerialNumber, i)#)>

The regexpression coming from the db looks like this: ^60C\d{9}$
