Here is what you need to do:

1) You need to create a domain account and run the CFMX Service under
that acount.

2) Then go to the fileserver and make that domain user (that CF is
running as) a local admin on the fileserver.

3) Then go to the share where you will be using CFFILE and make sure
that local admins have full control over the shared directory and all
sub directories.

You should be good to go!
