If you are getting the spams direct, it is because the list servs you belong to
are archived on google (and others) and the spammers harvest the email addresses
from there. The solution is to have your domain email routed through a gateway
server which will filter out that junk and send you only clean mail. This is
what I did to stop/block some 1500 spams per day and recapture my in-box.

The rejected are spam and virus mail.
