We've had excellent luck with CF 5's job scheduler. We even have several
templates that run 24x7 every 1 minute that have run for several years (it
fills the logs like mother, but those logs get zipped up nightly to 2 or 3%
of their original size, so not a big deal). I've had exactly one scheduled
template that just decided to stop running. We just rescheduled it and its
run fine ever since.
