My memory is a little hazy, but I've had similar errors at
some point. I believe I did one or both of the following:
1. Configured IIS for all of my sites. This is covered on
page 22 of Installing ColdFusion MX under the heading
"Configuring Internet Information Server (IIS) in Windows."
When you add a ColdFusion site to IIS, you need to add the
appropriate IIS application mappings for CF.
I can't find the related tech note on the Macromedia website.
2. In IIS, make sure you have a virtual directory for
JRunScripts for each site.
This is my hazy recollection, so I might be off. Hope this
helps.
