Ok, what about Visa Electron? Is that widely used?
The university is in Genova, so the CartaFacile probably won't work, though the pre-paid cash wouldn't be a bad idea, since it's all small amounts.
Doesn't really matter what kind of payment method it is, cash-card vs debit/credit card etc, the big challenge is just finding one, two or three payment methods that covers as many students as possible, so as many students can use the Web service. What would you suggest in a case like this?
