can figure out exactly what the ASCII character is for it and then you
can do a replace on the text for future stuff and remove those
characters. You also might be able to do a range of characters that you
replace if you find them anywhere in your text. It all depends on what
you do and don't want to allow.

I have no idea on how to strip them out. To prevent the crashing and
wrong displaying, switch to unicode.
