If you have the time to customize and budget, here are a few products that might
do the job. Mind you, none of these products are *not* cheep and require
quite a bit of customization.

1) Sharepoint from Microsoft. I realize that this product is not Cold Fusion
based, however if you know some c# and have a Windows shop, this product is desgined
built from the groud up as a collaberation product. This product, in the lastest
incarnation works directly with Office

2) Commonspot by Paperthin. Although mostly a Content Management System, there is
enough version control, calendar information and document sharing for this system to work as
a document management system

3) Elktron 300 CMS (for .net, not Cold Fusion). Same features as Commonspot as long
as you use the .net version. Same caveats as Sharepoint.
