The problem is that we receive a bunch of java.lang.nullpointerexception errors through our error-tracking system via email. This is across the site involving varied fuseactions, different end users and has been happening with regularity since the move to CFMX 6.1. Frustratingly enough, I have never been able to reproduce the error myself in testing the live site.
I scoured the Macromedia site to see if this was a bug fixed in subsequent hot fixes/ update releases. The only references to this error seemed to be pre- CFMX 6.1 in Updater Release 3, which addressed cached queries throwing this exception.
Checking the exception log on each server, I found NO instances of the exception logged. Which confounds me even more!
Any pointers, help or similar experience?
