Missing structure keys?

This one is quite bizarre.  I have a structure that contains four keys.  Just to paint the picture, the value of each key is a query.  Anyway, when I dump the structure I see all four keys and their values.  But when I try and loop over the structure keys with a <cfloop collection....> it only iterates over two of the keys.  Anybody have any idea why this would happen?
