Darn, here comes another plug for Ben Forta...hopefully I'll get an email
out of this letting me know where Max2k4 is going to be...
You know what has an awesome cfmail interface? "Reality Macromedia
ColdFusion MX Flash Integration".
Section 3 is a complete Flash/ColdFusion/Web Email interface. I built it out
to play with and use it to this day to check my email from anyplace from my
own little website. The book includes a link to the application, source code
and associated files for you to download and has a great follow-along
section on getting the whole thing built. Plus, it's Flash based, which
looks awesomely cool.
Anyway, check out that book at your local Barnes & Noble, or Borders or
whatever you have locally so you can thumb thru it. I realize it's not a
"plug and play" webmail app per say, but it's more than enough and works
quite well, as well as giving you an excuse to get into Flash Remoting if
you're not already.
