You are using a mixture of a create view and a create table
statement. Try a regular create view statement:

  CREATE VIEW vieInvoices AS
  SELECT
  tabOrders.Customers_FK AS CustomerKey,
  vieCustomerList.CustomerName AS CustomerName,
  IIf([PeachtreeInvoiceNumber] Is Null,
  [tabInvoices].[InvoiceNumber],[PeachtreeInvoiceNumber]
  ) AS Invoice
  etc.
