Wouldn't that break the SSL in the sense that the browser would be showing
content from both secure and non-secure areas and hence the all important
padlock logo would disappear from the browsers status bar??? I know the
secure pages would still be secure but your average user has been 'trained'
to look for https:// and/or a padlock on the status bar...
By serving the secure area in a frame, this could break one or both of these
'average user' rules and introduce trust issues between the user and the
site IMO.
