I've been able to happily make .NET call CFMX web services that return
CFCs. However, I've been wholy unable to make it work with arrays of
CFCs, even with tweaking the WSDL manually. The problem seems to be the
actual serialized content that CFMX emits, as the .NET client is doing
everything correctly, but throws the .NET equivalent of a
ClassCastException (I don't have the right name handy), when trying to
process the result.
