WinHelp is not proprietary?

Looking around it looks like some kind of Solaris help file. Check out
this MIT link:
http://www.mit.edu/afs/sipb/service/solaris/packages/RaidManager-6.22-sparc/SUNWosau/reloc/lib/osa/help/glossary.txt

Either that or it is just a file format that can be used on Solaris

At least its a place to start. You can do what you want by hand but I'd
be willing to bet if you can figure out what kind of file it is there
probably is a converter out there.
