Receiving A connection failure

We recently upgraded from a CF 5 server to a CFMX 6.1 server. We have a client who is using a CF 4.5 server and running a page that has a CFHTTP call (method post) to a page on our CFMX 6.1 server. This ran smoothly before the upgrade, now he is receiving a "Connection Failure" every time he runs it.

Any suggestions?
