After a ton of research, I recently transferred every single client I
had over to hostmysite.com and/or their associate company,
smarterlinux.com (for a few less demanding sites). I'm very happy with
the decision.
1. I've had need to contact tech support while setting some stuff up.
I've called them on the phone as late as 2:30 am, and got an immediate
answer and whatever I needed was taken care of in less than 30 minutes.
2. The longest I've ever waited to have tech support to answer an email
to correct something or supply information is 45 minutes.
3. I've had zero down time.
4. Ben Forta uses them...
