Chris

A good starting point is Flash MX Profesional 2004 for Server Geeks

I bought this and like its orientation

Another, is: Flash Remoting: The Definitive Guide

I have started using the O'Reilly Safari service -- where you can fully
access up to 10 different tech books olnine for $19.95 month.  You can
search through books in their library for whatever terms you seek.  The
search returns a list of books/sections rated by relevance.  You can
then browse this list and decide which books you want to place on your
personal book shelf.  Once you have the book on your shelf it you can
read it completely online.  The only limit (and a reasonable one) is
that when you put a book on your shelf, it must stay there for several
days or weeks.

You can read about the service, here:

I am telling you about O'Reilly Safary for 3 reasons:

1) I like the service and I think it will be useful to others.

2) It helps support the O'Reilly sites and their publishing activity

3) If more people use the Safari service, it is likely that the service
will continue to improve and expand -- and I will benefit.
