The reason is that your cable IP will change from time to time, and DynDNS will
pick up the change and point visitors to your sites
DNS server inside of a non-static IP will never work for you

I suggest you go to DynDNS.com and set them up outside of your cable
modem - it will dynamically point them to your server.
