I am running Cold fusion in distributed mode. I currently only have one web server. I'm trying to setup a second web box that will be load balanced.
I'm trying to setup the second web box exactly like the first by following the instructions from macromedia's site. Everything goes smooth until I put in the java -jar command with all the flags. I always get the response "could not connect to any jrun servers on host 192.168.102.18 confirm that the jrun server is started.
I have also tried the tips on macromedias site. The boxes are on the same subnet, there is no apparent dns problem. The first web box gave me no trouble at all.
Is this problem occuring because the application server is already working with a web box? I'm very confused at this point. Any ideas? Thanks.
