I don't think you understand the purpose of Dreamweaver templates, if you're
comparing them with the CFINCLUDE tag. The purpose of creating Dreamweaver
templates is to control the actions of other people writing HTML. For static
HTML, this approach works exceptionally well, and is part of the core
functionality behind Contribute sites.

Unfortunately, it works less well for CF pages, since Dreamweaver doesn't
always understand the structure of a CF page, since that page may not
directly have the basic HTML tags that any HTML page should have.
