Check the headers of an offending email.  Each machine will stamp them with
a date and GMT offset.  At some point a time or GMT offset is wrong.  It
could be on the CF server or the SMTP server.  It could also be on the
recipient's Mail server or desktop.  Somewhere along the line the time's set
wrong.  Getting a copy of an offending email (including headers) will help
you find the problem.

I called the server guys and the email team here and they all say that the
time is correct on all the machine.  I did try it on my CFMX machine using
the
email servers as the 4.5 box and the sent time is actually the time that I
sent the email - not 1 later.

Is there anything else I can check?

Thanks
Mario

The sent time will reflect the time setting on your server.  Check to make
sure that the machine CF is installed on has the proper time setting and is
properly obeying Daylight Savings.  You probably also want to verify that on
your SMTP server as well.

Subject: CFMAIL on 4.5

Hi

I still have an old CF 4.5 server running and I noticed today that all the
email that I send, when they are received by the user they have a sent time
that is 1 hour later then the actually sent time that I sent the email.  Is
this a bug in CF4.5?

Thanks
MArio
