CFFlush has nothing to do with queries.  CFFlush is used to push whatever parts of the HTML that have already been rendered by CF to the users browser.    If you're wanting to clear queries from memory cfobjectcache may be the tag you're looking for.  cfobjectcache will clear all queries from memory though.

Can anyone tell me what the effect cfflush would have on subsequent
cached queries is?  I don't want to flush subsequent cached queries and
it looks like they are not being flushed (which is good).  Is this the
correct interpretation?
