Subject: why? are we different?

1084281167 = 05/11/2004 14:12:47

as number of seconds since jan 1, 1970.

.NET says it is

1084281167 = 05/11/2004 13:12:47

which one is right? which one is wrong?

why cant they be the same?  time is time. I know there are different
implementations etc...but how can we be soo wrong?
