We just started offering this to Dedicated server clients. It works with
Windows and Unix. You can add FTP users, create Sites, adjust
permissions, all the basics from a web interface.

Does anyone know a good utility to manage IIS, creating Virtual Sites
and such from a web browser? (Would like a CF based one)
I tried to download the IHTK however there was an error on their site
so I am not sure what else would be available.
I am running IIS 5 on a Windows platform.
