everything was running fine. Then the higher powers that be decided to
move the box to a new location and a new certificate had to be purchased.
Now when we try to invoke the web service we are getting 2 different
errors depending on the box that invokes the web service. The errors are:
1- java.net.SocketException: SSL implementation not available
2- javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:
java.security.cert.CertificateException: Couldn't find trusted certificate
We placed a invoking client on the same box as the web service resides
and the web service can be successfully invoked from here, but it cannot
be invoked from anywhere else. We have been assured by the sys admin that
the Certificate has been set up properly. Can someone please tell me A)
what is causing this B)what the problem may be C)how to fix it... Any
help is very much appreciated.
