IIRC, the Macromedia web team did need to remove some tags/extensions during
the conversion 15 months (or so) ago- but only if there was a data
mismatch/migration error, or the account attached to the tag was not
current. They did try contacting all authors who were affected, but in
some cases outdated email addresses/account information prevented that from
happening. Regardless, I wasn't able to find either of your tags so they
do appear to be missing- if you still have them lurking about I'd re-upload
them under your MM.com account so that everything's current.

I posted 2 custom tags a few years ago under the Allaire Developer's
Exchange: CF_DHTMLQUERY and CF_SQLWIZARD.
Now since either it changed to Macr or was rewritten in Flash I've lost my
tags.
Did they clear out old tags at some point?
