I have not used M9 personally yet, but I am told the
plug-in works. I am also told, however, that M9 is a
bit less stable then M8.

Someone else posted that you have to make a project
before you can open a .cfm file and that is true.

You are right that this is probally not the best place
to continue, but there is a cfeclipse users list if you
would like to ask question / post bugs etc. Instruction
on how to do so are on Nathan site too I believe. It
pretty active (not as active as cf-talk mind you).
