(standard or enterprise), CFMX is the J2EE server (white lie, but play
along). In CFMX on top of Jrun, Jrun is the J2EE server, so you need to
change the settings there.
The easiest way is to stop the jrun server or service, and then edit
%jrun_root%/bin/jvm.config. That file's options are used for ALL servers in
the Jrun install though, so make sure that's appropriate. If it's not, you
can set up different files for different servers.
If you just need to add a JAR or some classes to the classpath, better to
drop them in the WEB-INF/lib or WEB-INF/classes directories within the CF
webroot.
