Disabling all of the following reduce the performance from saturation to a
mere few percentage points. My guess is that some of the CF services
running may be unnecessary. Following is a list that is in the startup
batch file. Any suggestions on what may and may not be needed?
net start "SiteMinder Authentication Service"
net start "Siteminder Authorization Service"
net start "ColdFusion Executive"
net start "Cold Fusion Application Server"
net start "ColdFusion RDS"
net start "ColdFusion Graphing Server"
net start "ColdFusion Management Repository Server"
net start "ColdFusion Management Service"
net start "ColdFusion Monitoring Service"
