record keeping is less than desirable and it seems they tossed all of
the paperwork and boxes and just have the CD key typed onto a
spreadsheet we have with serials. What I'm trying to figure out is the
format of the CF serial number because the number they have listed is
missing characters at the beginning. I know there are supposed to be 3
letters followed by 500 for CF5. Anyone know what the 3 letters are? I
have the rest of the key, I just need that. Thanks!
