I'm new at this (obviously by my quesion!).
I've seen some simple login pages that
the users are authenticated in a database.
Can you maintain users and passwords in a database,
while also specifying which directories that those
users should have access to using the same database?
Or do you have to rely on NT or LDAP?
Basically, can you share out the entire wwwroot directory
and maintain directory level security using a database?
Anyone have any ideas, resources, hints, samples...or anything?
