Glancing at the names of the class file it is looking for, I almost
wonder if your browser is caching the CFMX calls?  The reason I wonder
is because I just checked my CF5 box and it does not have that class
file, however my CFMX box does.

In the past when I have had CFTREE problems in our hosing environment
it has almost always been that the administrators failed to make their
virutal directory/mapping of the CFIDE/classes for the class files,
such as the MACR link explains.
