This is not a full featured product, but take a look at MS's DHTML Edit
Control (that may even be what those products are utilizing).  It comes
with IE 5.0+, and can be used in 4.0 (download required, and there are
some minor version differences).

I've written a decent system for my personal site that allows me to
select a page, pull up in the browser, edit it, and save it to the
server.  Of course, it only works in IE5.0+ (IE4.0+ if I was to place
download links, etc.), but Netscape is out.  Best part: it's FREE!!!!
