Interesting --- an open-source proprietary GUI
Possibilities there.
Here's where I am coming from:
I want to develop Desktop apps for the widest audience.
I love the Mac interface but will sacrifice that GUI for a broader
marketplace.
A browser/Flash would give most of what I want --- but at a cost.
A desktop/Flash GUI would be better (no browser/server).
Lookingglass, while it may have many nice features, will likely not be
widely accepted --- I am afraid that Sun has already made its major
contribution to the programming world.
