Can't Open CF Admin

I am running CFMX 6.1 Developer edition on Windows XP.  Everything was working fine until yesterday when I attempted to access the CF admin via 127.0.0.1 and the browser just sat there trying to open the page.  After several minutes of nothing happening, I closed out the browser, restarted my machine and tried again.  Unfortunately, I still couldn't get into the admin.  After verifying no errors were showing up in the logs, I uninstalled and reinstalled CFMX 6.1 but I'm still having problems trying to open the Administrator.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?  Any ideas as to what may be causing it?
