I was just asked this question:
Is it possible to build a "web-enabled" editor that could be used
to update the MSExchange Global Address List? It would be great if
we could give each employee the capability to edit/modify his/her
own contact, phone/fax, org, etc. info in the GAL... Just a
thought... Let me know.
So, I did a quick search on the MSDN and found this artile.

Here's my question.
Has anyone built a CF tool to do this that is any safer than using the
one provided by MS?
They give the following warning.
WARNING: Using the raw mode of the Exchange Server Administrator
program (admin /r) incorrectly can cause serious problems that may
require you to reinstall Microsoft Windows NT Server and/or
Microsoft Exchange Server. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems
resulting from the incorrect use of raw mode can be solved. Use raw
mode at your own risk.
