This use to be true of CF 5 and below and was a restriction based on the
namespace of the 4 char hex naming scheme that the CFMAIL spool used.  CFMX
uses a new naming scheme with no such limit.  In my experience, current
limitations are based on your drive's capacity and OS file limits.

It should handle this just fine.  I think the CF Standard mail spooler
has a capacity of like 65k files at any given moment (I could easily
be wrong, but its a big number).  Important things to monitor if all
you are looking at is capacity would be your mail spool refresh
interval, and make sure your mail server has enough horsepower to take
all that CF feeds it.
