How about getting the form field and then #Trim(Form,FieldName)# This should
get rid of the spaces and allow you to test the length of it.
If the length is zero, then generate an error...

What is the best way to prevent blank spaces being used in form input =
fields when a person is filling of a cf form.

I have the forms set so entry or data (including just a blank space by =
pressing the spacebar) is required in each field in order for the form =
to be processed once the user clicks the submit button, however this =
does not get around the problem of the user simply inserting blank =
spaces in the form fields which in turn allows the form to be submitted =
??????????????

Suggestions please
Kind Regards
