Eclipse....install/restart bosh they are there....

Ok
So you all know, I have installed some plugins and restarting eclipse
doesnt always show them. So what you have to do (acroding to the
readme) is to launch eclipse with the following startup params:
eclipse.exe -vmargs -Dosgi.checkConfiguration=true
