I fooled around with this a little, but my page sizes are so small (FB4)
that I use cfoutput around chunks of code instead of a global cfoutput
approach and instead of wrapping every thing in its own cfoutput....
When I did test a few things out, I had no difference in time on average; I
would be interested to see your results on larger files however.
